Shipping policy

All our packages and physical products are shipped via LA POSTE services.

Shipping costs for any orders placed within mainland France are fixed and will be indicated by the seller in the order form filled out during the purchase process.

The seller agrees to process the order within thirty days from the day following the order confirmation. The indicated times are average and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping times of the order (from the warehouse).

These times begin once the order is confirmed.
