Refund policy

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (TEXTILES, ACCESSORIES):

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason or paying any penalties, except for return shipping costs.

This period is extended to the next working day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with the order number included.

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All physical products sold on the website benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code), allowing the user to return defective or non-compliant products.

  • Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is obliged to deliver a product that is compliant at the time of delivery.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS (TRAINING COURSES):

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The regulation excludes from the legal withdrawal period "digital content provided on an intangible medium and subscription contracts for these services, where execution has begun with your agreement, and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (e.g., a downloaded film)."

No refund is possible once a digital product has been purchased.

FOR SPORTS CAMPS:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • 100% refund minus a €55 administrative fee for cancellations made more than 45 days before the camp starts;

  • 50% of the camp cost minus a €30 administrative fee for cancellations made between 45 and 15 days before the camp starts;

  • 25% of the camp cost minus a €30 administrative fee for cancellations made between 14 and 6 days before the camp starts;

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before the camp starts.

No refunds are provided for interrupted stays.
